NAD+
Used in every human cell; supporting wellness as you age
What Does NAD+ Do For Me?
NAD+ helps your body rebuild and repair cells including brain neurons.
NAD+ is used in every cell of the human body and impacts sleep, mental clarity, focus, energy, inflammation, hormones, mood, metabolism, and much much more.
When using Premium IV Therapy’s NAD products, the molecule goes to work rapidly repairing cells throughout the body and brain.

What is NAD+?
NAD+ is a derivative of vitamin B3 (niacin) and used as a coenzyme or helper molecule for various cellular functions including energy production, DNA repair, regulating the immune system, and reducing inflammation.
As we age, our bodies generate less and less NAD+. This is one reason we begin to experience the effects of aging and become more prone to age-related illness.
Our bodies gradually perform less effectively than they once did – from our mental capacity to our physical performance. One of our most innovative preventative services that helps promote improved cognition, healthy aging, general wellness, and enhanced performance is our NAD+ intravenous (IV) infusion.
Supplementing with NAD+ is an all-natural way to help your body fight against aging and illness to feel healthier and more youthful.

Ways of Taking NAD+
Depending On Your Needs, We Have Three Different Ways To Take Nad+
Brain Refuel ™ program with Fast Vitamin IV Push
This is our most popular NAD+ program, and for good reason! It’s a 5 or 10 treatment program that gives you a cognitive and energy boost like never before. Each treatment includes 750mg of NAD+ and a FastVitamin IV™ push, which is a 30cc infusion of vitamins, minerals, and plethora of amino acids. Clients who have done this program report amazing results, so we highly recommend it. To learn more, please visit our Brain Refuel™ program page.
Add NAD+ to your IV
If you already get regular IVs, you can add NAD+ to your existing infusion for an extra boost. This is a great option if you need a quick pick-me-up or if your body doesn’t need the larger doses of NAD+ that are included in the Brain Refuel™ program. Typically people add 50-250mg of NAD+ to their IV. You can also just have NAD with IV fluids on its own or mixed with one of our other IV formulas.
NAD+ injection
This is a great way to try NAD+ for the first time or to boost your levels in between your NAD+ IV treatments. It’s also a good option if you don’t like big needles or if you’re short on time. NAD+ injections are quick and easy, and they can be done right in our office. Most injections are done using a tiny diabetic needle directly into the belly fat.

FAQs
Is NAD+ Infusion therapy safe?
NAD+ therapy is very safe. It’s a natural substance used in the body and is readily incorporated.
What are the side effects of NAD+?
Side effects range based on the amount of NAD+ and the route of administration. Those with small injections in the fatty part of the tummy may experience nothing to some mild redness or itching at the injection site, increased heart rate, or heaviness in the chest with large doses. In the IV, you may experience nausea, fatigue, headache, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, increased heart rate, indigestion, overall feeling of heaviness (like you are under a weighted blanket).
How do you manage the above side effects?
NAD+ is very safe. If a patient experiences any of the above symptoms, the drip is reduced to a slower rate to ensure comfort for the duration of the therapy.
When will I experience the beneficial effects?
You should feel some benefits straight away and may notice more improvement in the following 24 hours.
When doing IV NAD+ you will ALSO notice effects in hindsight. Continually evaluate your cognitive function to recognize additional benefits.

How should I prepare?
Eat normally the day of your NAD infusion. Make sure you are WELL hydrated and have a meal in your tummy.
Wear comfortable clothing as the NAD+ infusion typically takes from 1-3 hours (depending on the dose)

Why does NAD+ decline with age?
As we age, the levels of NAD+ in our bodies tend to decline. Several factors contribute to this decline, including decreased NAD+ synthesis and impaired NAD recycling. This age-related decline in NAD+ has been linked to various health issues and is believed to play a role in the aging process itself.
When is NAD+ not recommended to use?
When you actively ill, it’s best to use other nutrients. Once you are no longer infected, NAD+ is great at repairing damage.

At present there are 20 human Nicotinamide (NAD) studies actively recruiting patients in the United States registered with clinicaltrials.gov.
